Not much comfortable win by Mumbai Indians

After Pune Warriors got killed at 118, Mumbai Indians began the chase with full confidence. But that confidence was till the score of 9 when Franklin got caught by Wagh.

Sachin and Rayudu intelligently with hope of losing no further wickets soon. They were quite successful in doing that. Sachin got out at the score of 35, and soon Rayudu followed him ending his innings at the score of 37. Pune Warriors were looking in the game as they were able to control Mumbai Indians score at high run rate. The number of balls left and the runs to score were going hand-in-hand.

Andrew Symonds and Rohit Sharma played steadily, and together brought Mumbai Indians to the target to be chased. The last ball by Murali Kartik was well taken care by Rohit Sharma to hit a Six.

Mumbai Indians won the game, but the game was not easy. Pune Warriors gave a manageable fight back, but the end results matter a lot. Another victory for Mumbai Indians, and this brings Mumbai Indians at the second position and Pune Warriors are the fourth.

Man of the Match - Munaf Patel for great bowling figure of taking 3 wickets giving only 8 runs in 2.2 overs.
